Mat Pilates that supports your whole body. These classes focus on strength, mobility, and control, with options offered so you can move at your own pace. We use a range of props to keep classes engaging and fun! Suitable for all levels, with options always offered.

MAT PILATES

A dynamic blend of Pilates, ballet, and yoga, Barre is a full-body workout designed to build strength, endurance, and control. Expect 50 minutes of focused movement that challenges every major muscle group, leaving you feeling energised, strong, and refreshed.

BARRE

Reformer Pilates uses a supportive, versatile machine to help you build strength, control, and mobility. We offer Classic Reformer for strength and toning, and Stretch & Release Reformer for those wanting a gentler focus on stretching, mobility, and release.
